Derby Cultural Diversity Arts Network

Autumn's meeting is in the Silk Mill Museum - previously known as the Industrial Museum, set on the bank of the Derwent behind Derby Cathedral. This is an ideal opportunity to connect with a main provider of heritage and culture in the city.

The theme of the meeting is "Connections" for which:

* We'll be looking how DCDAN will be tying into networks/organisations like Derby Arts Forum, and how that can benefit you

DCDAN is working in partnership with one of its members to put on
a meeting with a difference...

Part of the aim of DCDAN is to help artists and organisations know where to access help and funding for their projects.

We'd like to hold one... anyone going to be about?? Possibly at Friar Gate Studios, food and drink again...

Keith Jeffrey is the director of QUAD, the visual art and media centre next to the Assembly Rooms. Because of time constraints, his presentation was quite short: but he did highlight certain key points.

In the interests of openness, this "book" will contain the notes of all the steering group meetings for you to examine and comment.
