Derby Cultural Diversity Arts Network

The theme of the meeting is "Connections" for which:

* We'll be looking how DCDAN will be tying into networks/organisations like Derby Arts Forum, and how that can benefit you

* We'll also see how three groups involved in cultural diversity in Derby will be working together - The Rush, DCDAN and Derby's Communities Diversity Group [they're all different, I promise!]

* We'll take a look at the DCDAN Enabling Grant and how you can use it to develop yourself or your organisation

* Also, Steph Hernandez will be coming along to talk about an Arts Council England initiative called Artists Taking The Lead.

And just generally catch up with what we've been doing and how it's all going.

All of that should take about an hour or so...

AFTER THAT, we want to give you a chance to get together and relax, so after the short meeting we'll be having food [possibly some drink] and a DJ playing tunes from around the globe until 9p.m.!

Bring flyers &c. to promote your activities as well - and I'm going to try set up a computer so you can sign up to the DCDAN web-site!
