Derby Cultural Diversity Arts Network

Autumn's meeting is in the Silk Mill Museum - previously known as the Industrial Museum, set on the bank of the Derwent behind Derby Cathedral. This is an ideal opportunity to connect with a main provider of heritage and culture in the city.

The theme of the meeting is "Connections" for which:

As part of the city's Christmas celebrations Derby Arts Fringe are hosting a weekend of 10 minute performances in Boo shop window on Sadler Gate.

come and learn some North Eastern Brazilian rhythms with Holly Prest, band leader of Juba do Leao. the flavour of North East Brazilian drumming is deeply rooted in its African origins.

A fundraising evening with a variety of entertainment being provided by comedians, poets, singers, dancers and other local and national artists.
