Please find attached a training needs survey we are carrying out with our members it occurs to me that it may be useful to for you pass on to the StepUp trainees and the Cultural diversity Network member/partners also. NB. Question 12/12a. we want BME Practitioners to be recruited part of recruiting as part of CPD for BME Practitioners and Equalities Agenda re: arts organizations. We are looking for those ready to go straight on to Board as well as those who require training/mentoring. We will also offer £500.00 finders fee to those BME Practitioners who find other BME practitioners/persons to go on to the Boards of arts organizations.
